I learned a great deal about super alloys and got to work on many interesting projects. All the engineers were very helpful and explained things thoroughly. You get to work on tasks/projects that are actually critical to the company.
What I wish was different
First couple of weeks were slow while I waited for a computer, but after that the work load picks up. New personnel in IT are helping this process happen quicker.
