What I liked

Fantastic work environment. The company is pretty small so I always felt included and valued. This was a great learning experience and I made some valuable connections. Every day was completely different from the last and I had a ton of interesting set experiences.

What I wish was different

There was a noticeable lack of female representation within the company and among the people they fired for freelance.

Advice

Don’t be afraid to asks questions or speak your mind. It can be intimidating being both a low level employee and the only female in the room especially in the film industry, but I learned I have to stick up for myself, be assertive, and ask outright when I need help or have a suggestion.
