About Space Dynamics Laboratory

As a nonprofit University Affiliated Research Center, Space Dynamics Lab (SDL) has been solving the technical challenges faced by the military, science community, and industry since 1959.

SDL supports a variety of missions, including NASA’s vision to reveal the unknown for the benefit of humankind and the Department of Defense’s aim to protect our Nation on the ground, in the air, and in space. Our sensors, satellites, software systems, and science and engineering play an essential role in some important missions you’ve heard of, and others that you haven’t. Join our team in our seventh decade of delivering mission success.

It is, has been, and will continue to be the policy of the Utah State University Space Dynamics Lab ("SDL") to provide equal employment opportunity without regard to race, color, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identification, transgender status, veteran status, national origin, disability; or any other status protected by SDL policy or local, state or federal law. Further, it is the policy of SDL to undertake affirmative action in compliance with all federal, state and local requirements. We wish to take this opportunity to issue a formal reaffirmation of this policy and to assure each applicant, employee and party with whom we do business of our personal commitment to our equal opportunity and affirmative action objectives.

The Human Resources Director, Sharon Giles, is the official who has been assigned primary management responsibility and accountability for ensuring full compliance with the provisions of E.O. 11246, as amended, and with implementing all applicable regulations. Inquiries should be directed to:
