I was able to plan a camp which has been a dream of mine for a long time. Working with others and making sure that everything is planned is something that I look forward to and looked to improve while working as an intern.
What I wish was different
I wish that the leadership that was over me had been a little clearer as to what they expected from me. I was able to keep myself busy, but there were times when I felt that time was being wasted.
Advice
Don’t be scared to say yes to something that you might be uncomfortable with. Get out of your comfort zone because that is what will make you a better candidate for future positions and in general.
