It was a lot of learning, the company gave me a lot of opportunity to grow by giving me responsibilities a lot of interns in my field do not receive.
What I wish was different
A bit more strict on the organization of the internship. Though I loved the internship itself, I did not follow the exact guidelines as to when I switched in areas of construction(for example staying as an assistant super intendant longer than being on a survey crew).
Advice
Always ask questions, and never turn down an opportunity to work more.
