I liked the opportunity to show my creativity and imagination because I was given opportunities to put certain clothing options together for customers or for displays in an interesting and trendy way. I like how I had the opportunity to use my own judgment to help customers.
What I wish was different
I wish certain aspects of management in the store I worked in had been different. There were frequent delays in the schedule postings and often times either too many hours were given or none altogether - there was no consistency in hours given week by week.
Advice
If accepted for a sales associate position, make sure you remember the information giving to you in training as it is very important for day-to-day experiences.
