What I liked
The people I worked with were wonderful and I got so much experience for working in a high energy, fast-paced environment. I was able to use my creativity and problem solving in ways I had not expected.
What I wish was different
I wish that the communication between my coworkers and I had been a bit clearer at times. I also wish I had more time to prep for camps before camp started.
Advice
When you are there, be there. Put 100% of yourself into this job while you are at it so that when your shift is over, you can leave knowing that you have done everything you needed to do.
