I loved the hands-on environment at ETV. I never felt like I was treated any differently as an intern. I was assigned actual projects, and I produced a ton of content.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have stayed longer! Sometimes the hours were long, but that's an occupational hazard in the communications industry.
Advice
This internship will likely challenge you in ways you have never been challenged before. But don't fight it, treat each challenge as an opportuntiy for growth.
