I liked how we were treated like proper test engineers. We were given tasks and allowed to work on them independently as opposed to being constantly surveilled. Also, the teams were small so everyone got to know each other well.
What I wish was different
I wish I hadn't had to do so much data analysis as there were already more than enough interns to do the testing required. Excel and JMP can be very finicky and temperamental when working on the large data sets used.
Advice
They only hire as needed, so the number/amount of opportunities here varies greatly from term to term.

What I liked
The people and support they gave me was phenomenal. I really liked the culture and the relationships I formed.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been able to stay longer to see the final version of the project I was helping on.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask for more responsibility. Also, talk to people around you; you can learn a lot from them.
