The company culture was amazing. As an intern, I was given projects that matters to the team and company, instead of a toy project. People I have worked with treated me like any other full-time employee. I created genuine connections with full-time employees and interns.
Sonos also encourages innovation. We got to experiment with our own project and that was very fun and exciting.
What I wish was different
The onboarding experience was a little bumpy and it doesn't seem super necessary to be that hard.
Advice
Be proactive and talk to people. Create genuine connections and enjoy solving problems.

What I liked
The culture is unbeatable. Music surrounds each event and office space. The leadership has good ideas and listens to different stakeholders. I think it is an amazing place to work.

Understanding how teams work was difficult before I started.
Advice
Ask your hiring manager about different types of work you might complete. Type of team you would be working on.
