What I liked
I enjoyed the employees at the Horsham location. They were extremely helpful whenever I had a question or in general with advice.
What I wish was different
I wish I had gotten to shadow more people around the plant. The company was small enough that I could have spent a day or 2 with each individual to get a sense for what everyone does.
Advice
I would tell others to be fully present in every conversation. The people there are very intelligent that work there and have a lot of wisdom to share.
