Fun environment with other workers around my age. Busy work environment with always something new to do.
What I wish was different
Communication could have been better. Since your working with high schoolers and other teen workers people tend to not show up to shifts due to the fact they are inexperienced when it comes to consiquences

Find specific days to work so you have a set schedule.

What I liked
I think everyone should work a minimum customer service job at some point. It is a very humbling experience.
What I wish was different
I wish I had some better coworkers, but I guess it's a good way to learn to deal with difficult people.
Advice
Never mistreat someone in customer service, I've been in their shoes and it is an awful experience.

Advice
You have to be able to stand for long periods of time and adapt to sudden changes. It's a fast paced environment and sometimes things change last minute.

What I liked
I enjoyed the people I worked with, and the job broke me out of my shell and expanded my people skills.
What I wish was different
The management was terrible and full of drama.
Advice
Well the job wasn't the best, but it taught me a lot so I would tell people stuck in similar jobs that they're gaining so much more than just a paycheck.
