What I liked
Almost everything. It was such an eye-opening experience. It really allowed me to expand my knowledge within the field. I was allowed to sit in on in employee interviews, ask my own questions to the candidate, and take part in the decision process afterwards. I worked a lot within a talent acquisition portal, assisting with data reconciliation and migration. There was a lot of one-on-one experience with a lot of employees as well, and I was able to learn not just from my own department, but others as well.
