What I liked

I liked how friendly the workers were and how great they were at explaining my responsibilities. They were also extremely flexible with my schedule and often praised me for my work. I also liked being involved with the sports team by being at the games and rooting for them.

What I wish was different

I would have worked in a different department. I was in the hospitality section which wasn't what I was looking for. I wanted to work in the front office under the head accountant. While I still got to work with her, it wasn't nearly as much as I could have. I also wished I was more involved with the other interns because while they worked upstairs, I was separated by working downstairs in the office.

Advice

It was definitely a great experience and I am glad I took the offer. I learned much about invoices, QuickBooks, reconciliation and how to work baseball events.
