The culture at Solera was absolutely amazing. The people are so supportive and are willing to mentor you in any way to benefit you and your career. You are given the freedom and confidence to complete relevant projects that add value to the business. I also gained a lot of relevant data experience that I have applied to a new internship I am doing.
What I wish was different
The only thing that I wish was different was the location. If it had been in Tempe, it would've been the perfect internship. You're going to deal with rush hour traffic with most workplaces, however.
Advice
Ask a lot of questions. There is a plethora of knowledge in that office; take advantage of it. Form relationships with the employees, they are all great people.
