What I liked
I love the creativity allowed me in figuring out how to solve problems. I also enjoy the benefit of helping others do their job more efficiently everyday.
What I wish was different
The structure of the organization was really poor. They only have a CFO and CTO over a large organization. They need better training, leadership, and coordination.
Advice
Find someone you want to work for and do it. A bad job with a good manager is better than a good job with a poor manager.
