SoDak is an enjoyable company to work for, and I liked getting experience with them. I had a lot more creative freedom as an intern than I thought I would.
What I wish was different
I had multiple bosses and I wished the communication between all of us had been better at times so we were all on the same page, but for the most part things went smoothly!
Advice
As an intern, don't underestimate yourself! You have unique experiences and knowledge and you were hired to do a job for a reason. Your employers believed you were the right person for the job, so own that and show them what you can do when they give you the opportunity.
