I'm gaining valuable experience in my field, my supervisors are respectful of my time and supportive of my creativity, and it's preparing me for future positions.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been a little more structure to the position. It was the first year they had a Film Fellow and it was a little disorganied.
Advice
Most supervisors are open to feedback. Speak up if there's something you want to be doing/learning and they will most likely accommodate that.
