Snap36, LLC

Marketing Intern

June - August 2018 • Chicago, IL

What I liked

I was directly infiltrated into the company structure to feel like a real employee, not an intern. I interacted with multiple layers of the company on a daily basis to understand the impact of e-commerce, how to individualize salesmanship on each aspect of the company in order to cater to unique needs of clients across multiple industries. I was challenged to enhance Snap36 as a brand and represented the company on various media platforms, finding new audiences to target and the best ways to target them.

What I wish was different

I wish there was a bit more structure. The projects I worked on were long-term and entirely immersive for 2-3 weeks at a time, and I was extremely busy so there was little time to reflect on how each task connected to the company's functioning as a whole.

Appreciate the roots of a company in order to admire how profound their day to day victories are.
