Snap offered a very competitive wage and provided the experiences necessary to enhance my resume.
What I wish was different
Wish there wouldn't have been any office politics and that the supervisors communicated better. Wish they valued their employees better, they expect too much from their employees. My hours were reduced from 60 hours a week to 40 and my manager expected me to get the same amount of work done despite the reduction in hours.
Advice
Don't work for Snap Finance.

What I liked
The atmosphere is great. They have great incentives and rewards. Their is potential for unlimited growth in the company. The people are amazing, and the service provided is useful.
