SNACC (Sustainable Nutrition and Community Connection) is a New York City-based nonprofit that addresses food insecurity and nutrition-related health disparities among youth and families in underserved communities. Through an integrated model of food access, nutrition education, hands-on cooking experiences, leadership development, and family engagement, SNACC helps participants build the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to lead healthier, more connected lives. During the 2025-2026 school year, SNACC will serve more than 2,000+ youth and family members across New York City.
