What I liked
Hands on experience with machining, using robots in production, and work on company projects for new product introductions. Including work with LEAN practices.
What I wish was different
More focused work with one department instead of many departments.
Advice
Don’t be afraid to speak up and ask questions, the team is willing to help and group cooperation is central to SMC.
