What I liked

I got to try out a lot of different technologies and learn about a wide range of topics which I had little or no knowledge of beforehand such as tensorflow, RESTful API framework, AWS Cloud, and Docker container service just to name a few.

What I wish was different

I think I spent a lot of my time working on my project alone. There were lots of people to help me but I could have been more proactive reaching out and making connections.

Advice

I definitely think it is a good idea to work on things that you are not familiar with when you are starting out as it gives you a broader range of skills and experiences that can shape your interests down the line.
