What I wish was different
I wish I had more time to shadow the warehouse manager or assistant warehouse managers to learn from the first-hand logistical decisions.
Advice
Always be flexible, understand that there is always room for errors and room for growth. It is your job to work towards mitigating future errors or resolving them promptly.
