Always ask questions! Oftentimes it can be scary to start work at a new company, especially if you haven't had much prior industry experience. My best advice would be to not be afraid to ask questions. You're young and you're there to learn so try to soak up as much knowledge as possible! When you take the initiative to ask questions and learn, it shows a level of commitment which employers like to see.
