The mission and community of the Skirball, planning programs such as concerts, plays, performances, etc, and learning more about the nonprofit arts world
What I wish was different
More time
Advice
I loved working at the Skirball as an institution and being part of the larger Los Angeles County Arts Internship program, which allowed me to network with other mentors and peers at other arts organizations. My advice is for other students to find similar programs that are both paid and allow for networking opportunities.
