Sometimes we are very understaffed and it makes it overwhelming for the few employees on staff

It takes a special type of person to work in retail, but if you can do it, its worth it.

I really enjoy the team, everyone works towards a common goals and we all strive to be the best.

Honestly, there’s nothing I wish had been different, it was and still is, a perfect experience that has helped me grow as a person.
Advice
If you set a common goal and work towards it with your co-workers, you will not only achieve the goal but go beyond it. Teamwork is the only way that a work place will work.
