The management and my my workers were wonderful. There was always an opportunity for the leadership team I was a part of to be able to teach others.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more I could’ve been taught and grown upon for the leadership program they have. A personal preference would be better hiring selection given that there was a lot of times the teenagers hired never took the job seriously.
Advice
A piece of advice I would offer is to have grit. It’s a very fun job but requires a lot of strength and resilience to Oklahoma’s conditions.
