There is so much room for growth within this company. They mainly promote within and give great feedback and teach so much about leadership and on going problems in the theme park industry.
What I wish was different
Nothing. Six Flags is an amazing company with so many opportunities.
Advice
The greatest thing I learned is that leadership is a personal responsibility. It is more then just a job.

Lead Lifeguard
June 2017 • Cherry Valley, IL
What I liked
I really enjoy coming to work everyday because of the family environment Six Flags has created. There would be days where it would super hot and everyone would all be exhausted. Then we have to come back the next morning and do the same thing all over again. Those days were made easier everyone else was going through the same thing and we were all there to support each other.
What I wish was different
Six Flags ha just bought out the water park a few months before we opened so they did not have a lot of time to make changes. However, for this season they have already started making changes to improve the park.
Advice
Always wear sunscreen, learn how to swim, listen to the lifeguard, and never forget to have fun.
