What I liked

I really enjoyed being able to teach young kids who were interested in coding. The material was too hard to teach

What I wish was different

I wish this program would have lasted longer. I think we needed more time to cover the material the students were learning

Advice

Make sure to find time to give every child personal attention, no matter how busy you are or how the class is. Do whatever it takes to remember their name, greet them, have inside jokes, etc. Every one of them will have an interest that you use to create a personal connection and they will work harder on their coding just because they feel responsible to that connection.
