Very open and collaborative work environment. The staff is very friendly and easy to get along with. Mostly project-based and self directed.
What I wish was different
I wished there were more opportunities for research, and possibly getting on a publication. Most of the work I did was admin/support for the various projects.
Advice
Must be self motivated and a quick learner! There is a lot going on and you have to be able to pick things up and blend in seamlessly.
