What I liked
The people who work at Simon enjoy the work environment, work culture, and the projects being done. When the people you work with are excited to come to work; you've found a good place. I was in almost all the offices and regions at Simon, so I can definitely say working for Simon long term looks very enjoyable! 10/10 would recommend if you're interested in Heavy Civil.
