Working with plant mechanics and understanding how a typical quarry operation runs.

What I wish was different

I wish I was able to spend more time with other branches of the mine, such as quality control, management, and drillers/blasters.

Advice

Great for a first-time mining engineering internship. Be ready to work hard and commit to 12+ hour days.
