The best part of working at Silverpeak is the one-on-one training that I received. I've had experience at big and small firms and the engineers here really helped me to learn and grow as a new engineer.
What I wish was different
COVID-19 through some kinks in the training process, but the firm handled it very well.
Advice
Don't be afraid to work for a firm that you don't know a lot about. It might turn out to be an amazing opportunity.
