A very friendly company with many great people. I had multiple mentors who provided great opportunities to me. Siltronic also provided many opportunities for me to work on real, meaningful projects that had an impact on projects.
What I wish was different
Advice
Meet as many people as you can and ask for help when you need it. Take all the projects that you can and follow through with them. It is working on projects where the most growth is found. Search for ways to help improve whatever aspect of the company you can.

Nothing I would change. Enjoyed my time there with my co workers.
Advice
Working graveyard can be very rough if you don’t get good enough sleep. But at the end of the day it is worth it.
