I loved the work environment of Sigora which was always upbeat and energetic. I had the freedom to guide some of my own projects and learn about topics that interested me within the solar and sustainability space. Overall, I felt like my efforts were valued at the company and were actually be implementable to make the company more sustainable in the future.
What I wish was different
I obviously wish I had been able to work and meet my coworkers in person. I would have liked to see some of the projects be implemented and taken further than the planning/research stage, but I also understand that the process takes a long time!
Advice
Do not be afraid to reach out to learn as much as possible from different people, and be prepared to learn a lot at a quick pace!
