What I wish was different
A couple of things that I wish that had been different are the following.
I wish the company was completely transparent about their job position. I believe if they were completely straightforward about the type of roles and duties of this position in their job description. They will be able to find the correct people interested in this field of work. From my experience: I was only working at Signature for a week under their Inspire campaign. From the application date (08/03/2020) to being trained for the position (08/10/2020). All the new hires and I found out what this position really entailed during our fourth day training. It was B2C Sales; knocking on the homes of the residence of New Jersey offering to change their energy supplier to Inspire.
In addition to, informing their new applicants in the process (in detail) of getting promoted. Signature did a great job explaining their “Team Management Program”. However, if they were able to break down each phase in terms of responsibilities, duties, and expectations. It will help the new hires to determine if they want to proceed with this type of job position. Including to explaining to the new hires how they are able to qualify for certain benefits at the Assistant Management position. That the applicants are not qualified in the Entry Level and Account Management positions.
Furthermore, I have noticed during the training process of being “on the field” lack of Covid-19 safety practices and procedures not being implicated. Highly due to lack of there being an implication of protocol.
