The environment and my coworkers were both unmatched.
What I wish was different
I wish I'd applied to be the copywriting intern, but that's by no fault of Signal Theory. My experience was invaluable and grew me personally and professionally. Signal Theory is a top-notch place to work, and I'd love to work there in a permanent position.
Advice
Work hard, but don't let yourself feel small or incapable while you're taking it all in. Your coworkers are willing to give you grace as you learn. Give yourself grace, too.

Art Direction Intern
May - August 2019 • Wichita, KS
What I liked
• fast-paced work environment
• multitask 7-8 projects at a time
• preparation for the workforce
• learning how to present to clients
• room for creative pitches/art direction
• goal-oriented planning for my interests (illustration, motion design, food packaging)
• being treated as a full-time employee
What I wish was different
• timing of the internship (I wish I could have had this experience before I graduated)
Advice
If you’re looking for real world experience, Signal Theory is one of the key places to have the experience at. Walking out, I felt more confident about my work, the way I presented and the way I spoke about the creative.
