What I liked

I got to do meaningful work and see the impact it had on the company. They cared about my development and pushed me to do work I hadn't done before. I got to work with a bunch of different software (Coupa, BigQuery, Netsuite) that I had no previous experience using and by the end of the internship I could easily navigate and use them. Lastly, the work environment was amazing and it is clear everyone there is excited about the future of the company.

What I wish was different

Nothing.

Advice

Don't be afraid to take on a lot of projects that may be out of your comfort zone. Almost every project I took on was something new to me but it forced me to quickly adapt to new things. If a company offers to pay you to learn new things you take advantage of that, as it helps everyone in the long run. Also, apply to internships at startups if you are looking to work directly with upper management on projects that actually matter.
