The management really know what they're doing. They take really good care of the store, the customers, and the employees.

I wish I had been trained faster but I understand that it was a busy season.
Advice
There are a lot of things you have to learn at once so be okay asking questions. People will never be annoyed at you making sure you're doing something right.
