What I liked
The hours are flexible and generally, customers tipped really well. I like that I can work as much or little as I want.
What I wish was different
They changed the payment schedule which means that it is harder to pick up orders in my area now. Also, I personally need a job with a schedule and consistency so the flexibility was challenging at times too.
Advice
Shipt is a great opportunity to pair with another more consistent paying job.

That I can create my own hours and choose which orders I would like to do. I also liked that I felt like I was really helping people that needed it during the pandemic.

That the store was more stocked.

I liked that I got to make my own hours, and if I worked hard and well, I could make decent money for a job that has no experience requirements.
