I love the work environment and being able to help my residents and provide them emotional support.
What I wish was different
During summer I wish we had a more organized agenda. However, I think we are very organized and efficient.
Advice
One piece of advice that I would share is to make sure that you listen and understand your residents and have a positive attitude with your staff and residents.
