Extensive hands-on experience regarding private equity deals and venture capital capitalization deals. Due to the fact it was a small team / firm, I got to attend meetings and forums that would be unavailable for access to a typical intern. The team was supportive to promote my professional growth and accompanied to numerous networking events/opportunities.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have spent more time in the firm; it was a great experience.

Prior knowledge in accounting is preferable, along with basic understanding of terminology regarding finance.
