I loved that I was able to get hired after completing my practicum for one of my classes. It was such a smooth transition to go from practicum to fulltime employee.
What I wish was different
Nothing.
Advice
I would tell other students to start early. Find that internship you are interested in, volunteer, get involved. It really makes a huge difference to get that experience early on before finding that first real job in your field.
