I liked that there was room to grow and that good work was rewarded by upper management. I also liked the welcoming atmosphere from coworkers.
What I wish was different
Being blamed for other Customer Service Representative's faults along with the lack of effort out in by cashiers and baggers really showed how weak management was and that they'd blame employees rather then help them succeed.
Advice
If you come to work here, listen and do the work. It's not that hard and you'll likely be rewarded.

While a simple job like this causes most people to be lax in their duties, I've found that putting a bit more effort in than strictly required is very highly appreciated by co-workers and gives a sense of pride and accomplishment that makes even a simple job feel much more rewarding.
