“The flexibility of working hours as well as working within the comfort of my own home. It was also an unbelievable experience learning about construction management from a different point of view. It is one thing to have your construction trailer a couple feet from the job site, but at Sevan, your construction site is hundreds of miles away. More importantly, you’re managing 30 to 50 sites a month that are hundreds of miles away. Learning that process, the difficulty, the liability, was all outstanding for me.
