What I liked

SES is a nice working environment with a lot of great people, and they have free lunches on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

What I wish was different

The O3B-SES merger was still fairly recent when I was there, so there were quite a few organizational and tech issues.

Advice

If you have the skill to go above and beyond what's expected, do it. It will save you and your co-workers from having to work overtime.
