I loved the trust the employees I worked with had in me. Often they would assign me a task and send me on my way to do it, not needing to babysit the entire time.
What I wish was different
Sometimes the tasks they would give me would not fill up the amount of time they allotted, therefore I had some empty time to fill.
Advice
Choose to work in a division you are extremely passionate about. I love education and hope to one day be a teacher, therefore the division I was in was perfect, however, there are other options. Choose what would fit what you are looking for the best.
