I had the opportunity to work at a small startup that developed apps, and I liked being able to use the skills I learned in my classes in the real world.
What I wish was different
There weren't many opportunities to learn. The employers did not have an in-depth computer science background, and I was hoping to learn from people in the industry, to get a sense of what their experiences were.
Advice
Take as many opportunities as you can. They may not all be great, and you may not learn what you expect to learn, but every opportunity will teach you something valuable.
