Great people and culture at the company. Good amount of professional development workshops provided to interns that added a lot of value.
What I wish was different
Wish we had another project. We had three bigger ones and two were pretty tedious but relatively quick.

What I wish was different
The commute to work is a bit of a task and you have to have your commute by car. That poses a challenge but otherwise its perfect start of career.
Advice
I was completely satisfied with the type of work I did during my Summer job. While being working with industry specialists I made a strong network and very happy to be a Selective Employee.
I would recommend to visit corporate office during the open house (usually occurs in initial week of January every year) and you'll get a chance to understand every department within Selective and how it works. This helps in making a decision about which is the right department for you.

What I liked
I loved how I could finally put all my hard work and everything I’ve learned to the test. I also loved how I got real world experience and a look into my future and I loved every second of it.

I personally don’t think I would change a thing.
Advice
I would say just be yourself and work so hard and prove that you want to be there and that they picked the right person for the job.
